About us
A concrete outfit that stayed small on purpose
22 years, one service area, and the same people on the truck. Here is how the business got here and what has not changed.
Started with one mixer and a phone number
Concrete CO Template began in [YEAR] doing repair work nobody else wanted: sunken steps, cracked walks, garage aprons pulling away from the slab. Small jobs, but they taught the founder more about why concrete fails than any driveway pour would have.
The work grew because the repairs held. Homeowners called back for the driveway, then the patio, then told a neighbor. By [YEAR] the company was running two crews and taking commercial slabs, aprons and dock work alongside residential flatwork.
What has not changed is the size. We could run five crews and take everything that comes in. We do not, because the finish work would suffer and we would end up subcontracting the pours we care most about.

Three rules we have not broken
They cost us work occasionally. They are also why the phone keeps ringing.
We turn down work we cannot do well
If the schedule, the weather window or the site conditions are wrong, we say so and hand you a name we trust instead of squeezing it in.
The estimator is on the crew
The person who measures your job is on site the day it is poured. Nothing gets promised in a driveway that the crew has not agreed to.
Bad news travels early
If we open the ground and find something that changes the price, you hear it that morning in writing, not on the final invoice.
Come see what we mean on your own driveway
We will walk the site with you, explain what we would do and put the price in writing.
